City Heights has secured $3.3 million to fund infrastructure improvements near the SR-15 freeway, areas where pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and transit riders all navigate shared space. These investments aim to make our streets safer, more accessible, and better connected, while aligning with the community priorities outlined in our 2024 Development Without Displacement report.
