From planting trees to refreshing the playground, Teralta Park Beautification Day showed what’s possible when neighbors come together.

Two hundred volunteers joined us to beautify University Avenue in City Heights. In partnership with the City Heights Business Improvement District and Maintenance Assessment District, Beautify the Block revitalized one of our neighborhood’s busiest corridors. 

We are thrilled to announce City Heights CDC is now the contract holder for the University Avenue Maintenance Assessment District (MAD)!
