With over 195 tenants currently on the waitlist, our Eviction Prevention team is working diligently to address the number of families and individuals at risk of eviction and potential homelessness or displacement. 

Thank you to St. Paul's Senior Services for the wonderful opportunity earlier this month to share with their community members about the Coordinated Evictions Prevention System (CEPS) Program. 

During this series of workshops, our team’s goal is to inform tenants and landlords about their duties and rights, ensuring fair practices and protections are in place for both.

Our eviction prevention work began as a simple idea: what if we could keep people housed by preventing an eviction, keeping people housed for another month and getting at the root cause of most homelessness?
