In this new film, see our route from City Heights to Southeast San Diego to Chicano Park and all the way to the bay at Cesar Chavez Park Pier. The energy of the group was palpable as over 60 community members of many ages and backgrounds came together to ride—even the near 90 degree heat couldn’t bring us down.

Visions To Victory: A People's History of the SR-15 Freeway
This award-winning 12 minute documentary features in-depth interviews with community leaders of City Heights from 1978-2018 who refused to allow their neighborhood to be divided by a new freeway. In response, they organized and developed an alternative plan—The Visions Project.
