 The University Avenue corridor has been under extended construction for over two years, creating major challenges for small businesses in City Heights. Road closures, barricades, and reduced foot traffic have led to significant revenue losses, staff layoffs, and in some cases, permanent closures. 

This fund provides direct financial relief to help local businesses recover, retain employees, and stay open through the disruption.
