Transitioning a business dream into a plan of action is an essential step in any startup business. With this comes familiarizing oneself with regulations, learning how to acquire necessary food permits, navigating relationships with suppliers and customers. These components alone can feel overwhelming and discouraging for some.  Our mission as the Economic Development team is to connect with people like Brandon, learn what business needs are prevalent, and support them in those areas with.

Oftentimes this communal presence between our team and individual business owners is enough to relieve some of the anxiety and fear of running legitimate and stable businesses. That is why we are sharing Brandon’s story; we wish to share the goodness of our work and also the real impact of our work.
