About the Maintenance Assessment District (MAD)

Since 2024, the City Heights Community Development Corporation (City Heights CDC) has overseen the University Avenue Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). City Heights CDC’s MAD team ensures regular maintenance and improvements to the University Avenue corridor to help foster a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment our community and visitors.
