New Roots Coordinator

We are seeking a New Roots Coordinator to manage the planning, development, and upkeep of our 2.3-acre community garden/farm in City Heights, San Diego. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, promoting sustainable practices, and fostering clear communication among garden/farmer members. Collaborating with our Economic Development Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, the Coordinator will lead efforts to enrich community placemaking initiatives within the garden/farm.

Resident Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to facilitate access to resources and services for residents, outreach to residents, and work closely with property management, the Lead Resident Service Coordinator, and Resident Services Program Manager to provide the highest level of service to those living in our affordable housing properties.

Senior Program Manager, Economic Development

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Economic Development, dedicated to enhancing the economic self-sufficiency of City Heights residents. This role involves planning, budgeting, and implementing strategies, as well as overseeing program operations, staff, and budgets. Reporting to the Director of Economic Development & Business Improvement Operations, the ideal candidate will drive program success through funding acquisition, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
