CHCDC

For Our Residents

The Property Assets and Operations Department of CHCDC is always ready to serve you. However, this page is for residents of CHCDC Properties listed on the Housing Overview Page. If you are a resident of Metro Villas, Bridgeport Properties, or Hollywood Palms, please call the Managers Office listed on the How to Apply page if you need any assistance.

In order to provide you with the best customer service, we have now made it easier for you to complete a Maintenance Request, provide Suggestions and voice your Concerns to us by clicking on the e-mail links above. In addition, we will soon be installing suggestion and maintenance request boxes at each apartment community.

Many of you have seen vast improvements to your properties with new gates and entry systems. Other improvements planned are improved lighting, signage, address numbering on the rear of buildings, paint and much more. We appreciate your patience as we move forward with our plans to provide you with quality affordable housing and great customer service. Our Property Operations Manager, Sam Williams, can always be reached Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at 619-584-1535 to take maintenance requests or respond to any question, concern or suggestion you might have.

If you have an emergency after hours or weekends, we are ready to answer the call. Our Maintenance Supervisor, Joe Anaya, is available at 619-995-2387. Please call him for emergencies only when our office is closed including, but not limited to, loss of heat, loss of power, fire, flood, and loss of hot water.

If for any reason you feel your concerns have not been responded to by our courteous and professional staff, the Property Assets and Operations Director, Lawrence M. Graff, would like to hear from you. You can e-mail him directly or call during normal business hours at 619-584-1535.

We wish to thank all of our residents for their cooperation and support as we work together to revitalize our community and improve our neighborhoods as a team.
