Housing Overview
CHCDC directly owns and operates 10 apartment communities and is the Managing General Partner for Hollywood Palms (94 units) and Metro Villas (120 units). All of our housing is reserved for households that do not exceed a certain level of income. These limits are called affordability restrictions. While the amount varies from property to property, it is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the number of people in the household. Most of our housing is restricted to households at or below 60% AMI. The AMI table by number of persons can found at Area Median Income. Because affordability restrictions are different at the various locations, it is best to call to see if you qualify for a specific location and to find out about apartment availability.
