CHCDC Properties
To apply for one of the properties directly owned by CHCDC listed on the Housing Overview Page, you are required to put your name on our waiting list located at the main office at 4283 El Cajon Blvd, Suite 220. At the time you put your name on the list, you will be asked to fill out an application. You can download and print the Application by clicking on the link. The applications are time and date stamped. Applicants are called for application processing on the basis when we receive a complete application. If you are called for application processing you will be charged a $30 fee for each adult for the processing and credit check.
The waiting list is updated monthly. In order to stay on the waiting list, you need to put your name on the waiting list each month. Once you have put your application in, you still need to put your name on the list each month, but you do not need to fill out a new application. For first time applicants, it is best to come to our office on the first of each month as we call on the basis of first come first serve.
